Teeagedee Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 I believe the new owner hangs here, he can chime in if it is his wont.New owner ..... not quite yet ..... but hopefully in some days .... Dear HFC guys, the new owner is me, TEEAGEDEE ( most of you know what that stands for I guess ).I have been hanging around on this forum for some time but never had something I felt worthwhileto contribute ( that might change as soon as Dave's TALLADEGA arrives ).I share with you the love for certain styles of music and in particular the deep esteem for HAMER guitars. And I sincerely appreciate the information I have obtained here: thanks to all of you.Now you want to know where the TALLADEGA goes to: its new home will be Switzerland, you know, the European country famous for high mountains, cows and chocolate ( to use the proverbial prejudices ). Not the first but still one of the first TALLADEGAs in Europe. It will meet 5 USA HAMERs in my stable, soit will not feel deserted.I started buying HAMERs in 1992; the first was a HAMER SUNBURST ( the predecessor of the STUDIO )and it has the stadium logo on the headstock ( that is something I believe I learned here at HFC ).Thanks to Dave for accepting the hassles of a cross-atlantic deal and giving a chance to us non-US HAMER fanatics. Friedhelm

So a tele type of guitar in Europe is just right! Post a tone report when you have tried it out properly!
