I finally decided on which Hamer to purchase. I don't have it yet, but naturally I'll post some pics of it once it arrives.

It might not be 'The One,' but it certainly seems pretty nice, and its Tonality Patterns seem well aligned (it's the Vintage pattern for maximum buttah).

I'm just bumping this thread to say thanks to all the people who made me offers and helped me out with information. The HFC is great.

The most difficult part of all of this was deciding which ones to eliminate. There were so many nice choices out there that I was deep into differential equations, statistical analysis, tea leaves and hypnosis to figure it out.

In a moment of divine intervention, I heard the voice of God whisper in my ear. OK - in fact it was the rock scream of Jaye yelling into my ear "Buy it!!!!,' and it was done.

I didn't really say yet. I don't have any pics that seem very good to me, so I'll wait and take some of my own.

It's a tobacco burst Studio Custom. Not my favorite choice of finishes, but I think it'll be a cool guitar.

I should have it sometime this week - I'll make a new thread about it then.

Since the day UPS lost my amber Studio Custom, I have been Hamerless. The Jackson just sold on eBay, so I should have actual money any day now, free to spend in a week or so.

I'd like to keep my money in the HFC family since I love you all SO much. <_<

I still dig Studio variants (esp Customs), but I'm open to nearly anything. I'm trying to keep it under $1K - could be stretched for an exceptional guitar...lower prices are good too. :P

So - I'm open to most anything with Hamer USA on the headstock, but I lean toward the humbucking solidbodies, old and new. Talent Bars are good too, but not a deciding factor.

Basically, what have you got? Teaser pics appreciated.

due to overcomplete collection of guitars ( buying, selling & swapping ) i am selling my Hamer Vintage S Serialnr. 229805. killerstrat with active circuitry, build in adjustable equalizer,spersel lock system, 2 seymor D single coils and 1 bridge humbucker.
