elduave Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 This guitar is pretty damn cool. Schecter Stargazer, new for 2008. I dig the finish, subtle Quilt, tummy cut, sloped cut where the body meets the neck, and really just the overall vibe. I'd love to see a US Custom Shop version! Lookie:

Mindseyes Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 Its hard to beat Schecter's import stuff!!!In my old band we all abused the hell out of some Schecter stuff(like thrown across concrete floors, bashed into drums, thrown down, just thrown in the trailer w/o cases at the end of shows.....and they just kept on rocking!!!!I'd love to see a bass ver. of that!

ArtistOwner Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 I have a Schecter Stargazer in my line up of guitars. I walked into my local shop and JJ says, "Man, you've got to play this new Schecter!" I'm like, "Bro, I'm 46 and play in worship band, I thought Schecters were for 17 year old shredders!" I picked up the guitar and let's just say, I walked out of the store with it! Have you ever been thinking, "Order the fish, order the fish..." and out of your mouth comes, "I'll have the chicken?" Anyway, it's a great guitar. Hangs on my wall and I just keep picking it up. The fit and finish are flawless, the tones are great, the neck is amazing and it's as stable a guitar as I've ever played. Anyway, three thumbs up on my end. The only mod I'm going to do is add a stop tail to it... I'm not diggin' the tail piece.
