Pau ferro fingerboard. Belly-cut. I have a pair of Smits Classic Coils p.u.'s with A3 mags. wired 4-conductor to factory push-pull pots. If those jpgs show the axe that is being offered it's a TOM (Steeerike One),and it looks like it may be a slightly muted '59Burp at best (Steeerike Two). Maybe Hamer shoulda called that color Ballpark Burp. Bright, bright mustard yellow transitioning (not fading) to ketchup. Dayum, are you out of out of pickle relish & sport peppers again? Forget about Pizza Day fingerprints, its Cub Game Day smears! Never came across a pao ferro fingerboard on a Studio, I thought they were rosewood. Maybe a custom order? No complaints about pao, very nice stuff, got it on a VintS. Very nice electronics upgrades too. But alas I'm gonna half to pass. Now if it was a certain purple Studio w/ gold bling (cough, holLoW. cough, cough) then I could come up with the cash. But right now I'm in pure selling gear. Marshall and Mesa amps. Zoner Posted June 27, 2008 Posted June 27, 2008 Pau Ferro and a belly cut? Sounds pretty unique to me. That seems like a custom job but I may be clueless. Nice guitar for that kind of $$$, too - Hamers are still a great deal when you consider the quality you get compared to other makes. Didn't I see a Gibson Marauder sell for more recently? Don't some Ibanez bolt-ons go for more used? That's a steal for under a grand IMHO. Z Oh, and PM to Caddie.
