The new trend is that a lot of them come with codes, that enable you to download good quality versions mp3s (quality for mp3s I mean, kind of an oxymoron) of the album. But.....I don't really like I-pods that much. That's why I listen to vinyl in the first place. They are going to waste, so if you are interested in any of the following albums, give me a shout. PM me, use the board, email, whatever works easiest. Let me know what album you want, I'll email you the code, you go to the website, and download it. Please, if the download doesn't work, don't be mad at me, I am not the record company, and am not affiliated with these bands in any capacity, 'ceptin' being fans. First come first served. Albums: The Shins: The newest one Spoon: Ga Ga Ga (horrible name, great album) Arcade Fire (both albums) Dinosaur Jr. (new one) Stephen Malkmus Wolf Parade (new one) I have a couple of others, but I have to look around. I'll update in a couple of days. Peace! And, if you download them, listen to them and give me a shout to let me know what you thought. I'm interested to see if anybody wants this stuff.

Irony is when the meaning is the opposite of what is being expressed. Sarcasm is irony. Not to be a dick, but that's one of my pet peeves, and you really should know the definition of something if you are going to use it. Back to the topic at hand... Neon Bible is a great album, one that I actually overplayed when it came out. Carry on!
jujisque Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 haha, seems that someone is a language purist. You are absolutely correct, but I tend to go more for the use definition than the book definition. Sometimes I have to turn off that preference for my professors though

She is from my hometown of Ottawa. So Feynman, do you want in on any indie-rock mp3 codes? Trade you for some good recommendations for classical music. It is an area in which I know nothing at all. Let me know anybody that tickles your fantasy, I may just have something for you.
