Marshall JTM45 RI head

Like new condition, all of the appropriate mods done to restore the circuit to original specs (details available). Converted to KT66 power tubes, biased and thoroughly checked and tuned up by Savage Audio. Savage receipt and power cord included.

30 watts. Decent clean headroom, but it really shines for natural overdrive at sane volume levels. Works well with boost and distortion pedals.

New Groove Tubes power and preamp tubes, except for the v1, which is (gulp!) an NOS Mullard ECC83!

I also have a pair of mint condition 12" Weber ceramic speakers that are a perfect match for this amp. One 15 watt Blue Dog and one 15 watt Silver Bell (no cabinet).

The amp is $1,000.00. Speakers are $125.00 for the pair. Shipping is extra. I'll make a package deal. eBay next week if no takers here.

PayPal OK. You may be able to convince me to ship internationally, but I'm a bit squeamish with amps.

That amp is basically a Fender with KT66's!!

ummm......every marshall is basically a fender with different tubes and a few different capactitors...they were modeled after a bassman circuit so...yeah...the lineage is there but..thats where it stops..

Here's a link to a web page that describes the mods. These are all small changes that are easily reversable (though I don't know why you would want to).

Look at the the "Ted B." list. The transformer has not been changed, but all of the small parts mods were done before I bought the amp. Savage did the KT66 conversion, inspected and approved all of the prior mods.

BD packs his stuff with the utmost care too-a real pleasure to do business with him.

Tempting, but I'm not really an Anderson guy. Great guitars, but not my thing.
