Split Post Fender Tuner Replacement

Is there a drop-in (no drill, no fill) replacement for the standard-issue Fender split-post tuner out there? Bu no-drill I mean the post hole, not necessarily the screw hole(s) on the back? Any guidance much appreciated. I finally have a Strat that I can tolerate pretty well except for the PITA tuners.

TIA

What are you trying to remedy? Are you seeking a locking tuner or just a solid-post affair that is fully sealed?

Sealed, open back, covered (like Jay's link to the Klusons above), locking, non locking, doesn't much matter. Just so it's not a split post and i don't have to drill/ream the headstock.

Oh, and they need to be gold. It looks like the gold version of the ones that Jay linked to would do the trick.

I'm confused. Murkat linked to some split post tuners, but you said that's not what you wanted?

FWIW, I love split post tuners. I think my tuning with them is as stable as with locking tuners. I generally clip off about three tuner lengths of string past the one I'm currently stringing up.

Me too. My old big-headstock Squier Strat has split posts, as does my Schecter PT. I also do as Lockbody says and then feed the string down into the post vertically before winding. Works very well, and the Strat stays in tune well even with heavy trem use if I keep the nut lubed up with a touch of graphite.
