fractal Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Here's a place:http://eshop.macsales.comI can't vouch for the repair service, but I have bought lots of things from them over the years, and have always received great service.
cynic Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 I used RepairZoom about a year ago to have the glass on my wife's iPad 3 replaced. It was a local dropoff/pickup, and start to finish took less than an hour and a half. Fast, good work, and reasonable pricing (I think it was around $120).
mathman Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 You can do it yourself if you are patient and careful enough. https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iPad+4+Wi-Fi+Front+Panel+Replacement/18208I haven't done an iPad but I just did my daughter's iPod Touch. Not too bad but it took about 2 hours all told and about 35 bucks for the parts.

veatch Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 I recently had to replace our screen- $115 at a local cell phone repair shop. If you do it yourself, replace the WiFi antenna while you're at it. You'll likely damage it in the process. Good luck.
