cmatthes Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 We wouldn't steer ya wrong, Mitch!! Now, out some cream P-90 covers on there, and everything will be right in the world again!
Feynman Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 You know, I threw some cream covers on them, and as they say, I went right back to black.I am really impressed with the Flitz results - it was a quick and impressive transformation. Thanks again for the advice.I just want to know were my "U' is.

Disturber Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 "Flitz" that is some sassy shit. If you are punk enough you'd just use a silver marker pen and paint over the damn bridge. A true punk does not even remove the strings. Hell, you want to change it to gold hard ware, just use the gold pen. And if you want to be really out there, you can even use pink. Works on your finger nails as well.
gorch Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I don't think we will Feynman 90 see to be punk. Feynman III would have been for sure.
HSB0531 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Evidently New York is a humid place filled with sweaty guitarists. My new guitar's hardware all seems to have dulled/hazed/something. Most of it is just sort of a mild, even cool looking, aged look. The bridge has it pretty bad though. What is the best thing to do here? Can it be cleaned up without risking making it worse? Replace the bridge? Sell it to burningyen? Leave it alone and pretend I'm a real guitarist that puts wear on guitars? This ^^ Come on, have you seen our bridges? This is nuthin'
