Cheap Gig Bag Recommendation?

I need a couple of inexpensive gig bags. The bags will be used not for regular transportation but to keep the guitars safe through a household move. So, decent padding is the primary need. The quality of stitching and longevity of the bag is of less interest/need. Any recommendations?

RoadRunner makes a $59 bag that has pretty good padding and a rubber thingy on the bottom for a bit of protection. I like it, though it has LOADS of pockets I never use. Their $39 one is not nearly as padded.

wow, that's not bad...

just found two gig bags at my local "buy sell trade" (aka pawn) shop, one for $10 and one for $14, and the $14 one was a real nice

semi rigid Levy's bag...

my local GC was selling Gibson bags (for V and les paul) for $29, and also, the Fender bags, the nice canvas one

for $29 as well.

post a wanted ad on craigslist. cases and bags by themselves are not an easy sell on ebay, because the shipping can

be as much as the value of the case... you might be able find a willing seller on CL.

They really are,,, I got my first one with a guitar purchase from BadgerDave years ago and I've been hooked on them ever since. They're lighter, the nylon casing doesn't really scuff, and they're provide good protection.
