PS4 FTW Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 I posted a couple weeks ago asking for suggestions on what I should buy for my next guitar; got a lot of good suggestions and some great offers! I ended up trying a few strats and decided that I prefer 24.75 scale guitars. So I'm looking for a Studio, or possibly an FM Special if it's the right price/guitar (I like thin necks, but would prefer slightly thicker than the super-skinny special necks.) Pretty firm on wanting humbuckers for this one. Not seeing a ton on eBay/reverb right now, so I figured I'd ask here before resigning myself to either getting something else or waiting. Update: The search is over! DaveL just sold me his Artist Custom for a really great price. The guitar looks, plays and sounds amazing--couldn't be happier with it.
mrjamiam Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 Something like this, maybe? PM me if it interests you.
texwest Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 There's one on this forum for a good price, but it says its on hold. Keep watching that one in case the sale doesn't go thru. Here's a nice studio I saw on craigslist today asking 975 https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/dak/msg/6207251695.html

Plus I'm impatient.

PS4 FTW Posted July 11, 2017 Author Posted July 11, 2017 Couple things I forgot to add. Don't really want anything with binding--just a personal preference. Also, I'm in the Boston area, but would be fine driving to RI or NH for a local deal (fine with having it shipped too).
texwest Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 I still think that one I posted from the minneapolis craigslist looks nice. No binding too. Did you look into that one?
