Zoner Posted February 16, 2006 Posted February 16, 2006 This is a fine piece of gear that sits in its case mocking me and needs to be played. I am a guitar player that bought this for "recording" but I seem to have lost my will to be creative and this needs to go. It is black with the white pearloid gawd and has a few bumps and dings, the worst being a goober on the face near the controls, but it is in overall good shape and is a great player (so says a former bandmate who just made a sour face when he told me it made his big $$$ USA Fender Deluxe Jazz 5 seem like a pile of poo). It has Duncan Bassline pickups and the previously mentioned 2-Tek bridge, and also features the assymetrical neck carve. The fingerboard is Rosewood. Looking for $525 shipped and pics are available upon request. Email me @ lorwinerz@msn.com or call 612-703-3990. Thanks. Z

Jimbilly Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 With what G&Ls and Ernie Balls go for used, I can't believe CruiseV's are less than $800. Bargain 5 string anyone? $525 shipped, geez!, I'd NEVER sell mine for close to that!
lonote049 Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 I'm now tearing (what's left of) my hair out. I just bought a new 5-string EBMM active Sub 5 for the same kind of money and didn't check here first to see if there were any 5-string 2-TEK CruiseBasses available. I'm just sick...
