Jakeboy Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Fairly rare (less than 3k made world wide, IIRC) Marshall JMP 1 watt head. Never left my home. All original except for one of the 12at7 power tubes that I replaced when it broke upon removal. Sounds like what it is, a 70s metal face 1959 with internally jumpered channels using parallel single ended 12at7s as power tubes. Bright and tight, just like a 70s Marshall. One watt is still silly loud if you are right in front of it, and that is withlow efficiency Greenbacks. Amp has a built in selectable boost to sound like a hot-Rodded late 70s or early 80s Marshall. It sounds like a boost pedal was engaged when you select the boost. Amp also has a low power switch which takes it down or .1 watt. Great for quiet practice with cool tone. Comes with owner’s manual, Certificate of Authenticity, and 50th anniversary sticker laminated in plastic. Amp is like new. If anyone is interested here, I also have a really nice 1x10 David Laboga cab that I can sell with the amp at an additional price. If the amp doesn’t sell, the cab stays as it matches the head perfectly. It really does do 70s metalface Marshall tones at a reasonable volume. $SOLD

Jakeboy Posted September 17, 2021 Author Posted September 17, 2021 This is a high end Laboga 1x10 closed back cab made to match Marshall amps. No handle strap,but the sides have built in handles that work great. If anyone is interested, I’ll work up a loaded and unloaded price.
