I am going reluctantly let one go as I just don't need 2. I have put up Craigslist ads for both. I would much rather deal locally but will ship, if necessary. I am going to post the links to the CL ads, if anyone has any interest, we can probably work out a deal. First up a 1983 Phantom Xll. Comes with Original Case (and key). This one was a player. All the details and pics are in the ad. Steve Haynie Posted February 24, 2023 Posted February 24, 2023 I think you are crazy. Those two 12 strings are so different that you can justify having two of them. 😉 The Newport 12 is something that has always been desirable. Do you have a favorite between the two of your 12 string Hamers?

I have been doing a playoff between the two to try to decide which to sell, but there is no clear winner. That is why I listed both here. What I really want (like everyone who does not have one seemingly) is a Cali Elite with boomers. But I could find another way to get one if I really wanted. I may just keep both.

Sorry to be the odd man out, but I am not looking for a Cali Elite with boomers. Yes, I love boomers, and I want some someday, but not with a Floyd... and definitely not with a Kahler!
Menehune Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 I'm in a happy place kit-wise, but that Newport has me casting my gaze across things I could live without and sell. And then I re-realize that I can live without all of it. So damn that Newport.

I also added the receipt for the brand new setup to the Craigslist ad posted above. Asking $2100 plus shipping. I can also take credit cards if you are nervous about doing business with a stranger. You pay the fee.
