Neither of my vanguard/artist hb (2000)or 25th mahogany anniversary had the branded logo in the f hole the 2007 Newport 90 I owned had this.

Long gone. Didn’t keep it long. Did look like a piece of orange candy though. Had double binding.

It also says the radius is 12” and they gave a 7 digit serial number. Knowledge is lacking

There’s been a few scammy Hamer USA postings lately on eBay. There one for a standard that keeps popping up.

Thanks. I love surf green also. Even painted my race bike the same color last year. No one else rocks that color at the track.

It’s really hard to get a photo of the actual color. It’s sort of a surf green but it goes to sonic blue depending on the light.

Finished the sanding and buffing on this Precision Guitar kit Junior last night. I even made a tortoise celluloid pickguard. Assembled and strung it up. I still need to properly dial in the nut and level the frets but had do give it a run through. The Gravelin P90 is excellent. Exactly what I wanted. I told him I wanted a low wind (like another p90 guitar I’ve had) and twangy/telecasterish. He delivered.

Who says it can’t be in the EU? I thought cites had an exemption for guitars now. If you want to pay the shipping and import duties it could be yours.

Also comes with a hard case buts not a Hamer case. It’s some off brand no name case

This is a very cool guitar. But I have many cool guitars. Some need to go. $SOLD (plus shipping cost) to HFC supporting members I “rescued” this Hamer from Craigslist and put it back to mostly stock spec. I replaced the knobs, metal pickup rings, with what it should have like stock and got a bullet truss rod cover and bought some Schallers tuners to put back in it instead of the cheesy off brand locking tuners it had. That being said there are some extra holes from the other tuners. pros: looks awesome and plays awesome. Wraptail. Great piece of wood. Not a skinny neck like earlier hamers. But not as thick as the junior or the silver studio I had. Medium? It’s almost the same as the Vintage carve on my studio custom which is less than the junior. Seth lover Seymour Duncan pickups though someone added a coil tap and push pull pots. Don’t have the original pots. cons: some lacquer lifting at the fretboard and some on the back of the neck (like little dots there). lots of small dings on the edges. Definitely a played guitar that is nearing 30 years old.

It’s already surf green. I have a black pick guard but also bight some actual celluloid tortoishell pick guard material. I think that combo will be great. We’ll see
