  1. Hey didn't anyone notice that DG pulled out a Hamer!
  2. Was Sheryl Crow on there? David Grissom posted as photo of him playing behind Sheryl and Doyle and I wondered where and when it was from.
  3. Dragan, Nutter check your PM's. Lets keep this EPIC Journey moving. Gene good talking with you yesterday!
  4. Sounds like some kind of plan could come together then.
  5. I'd bet you can get any configuration you want. Covers or no covers. Zebra, double white or double black. Some examples will, however, be much cooler! It's in the eye of the beholder. You can bet the cover is only to keep the Cream Fresh.
  6. Actually No is the answer. Some will look so hard to the past that they will not see the future that is directly in front of them.
  7. Well, my thoughts are related to yours. Given I realized my Shishkov CO would have to wait, I got me this one as soon as I saw it. It had been in my WTB list since ever anyway. Hell, I was even considering this shape for my Shishkov CO! Now of course I changed my mind to something else -I'm already discussing about it with the master, but that's all I can say about it for now. But in order to prove I did have a Phantom in mind for my CO, please refer to this question I asked here: http://www.hamerfanclub.com/forums/topic/65910-introducing-shishkov-guitars-usa/page-12#entry715446 Out of the gate, I had an idea for a Phantom C/O one that could not be done with a donor guitar that wouldn't cost me Two Arms and a Leg. After the BUZZ was over I'm sitting and waiting for Mike to release a list of Models. I can't see calling the guy and telling him what I want when he may just end up offering me something better than I could have dreamed. I want a Shishkov!!

  9. Why don't you direct ship it straight to Ben an get it over with?
  10. Email him, that is why he posts his email. Super Duper Guy to deal with. Man do I have a soft spot for Phantoms and Prototypes.
  11. Your question has been answered. BTW What a great ad!
  12. Floral, that is brilliant ! Kind of a Steve Vai thing. At least I know what I want and I am able to hold on to something for more than 90 Days. hmmm, I suspect you are referring to one that will be come one of his signature models. He's only made a few of those for non rockstars. if I am on the right track, the answer to that will be an absolute yes! ;-) I do want to see what Mike has in store for signature models.
  13. I guess I'll save "Will Mike make me a five-necked Parker Fly?" for another day then... Dream Denied ! Well when Mike opens up the quote for I have one single request headed his way. It will be fun and twisted.
  14. And a tad defensive. :-) Just a tad I hope your new one is as good or better than your first. It is a fine guitar even with the scars and trauma.
  15. I don't think your asking enough.
  16. Because its a Zandard Dangnabit!! Long story short. Standard Ordered for Robin, which Rick used for touring (Budakon). Fast forward, it appears in Guitars of the Stars Book, looks kind of Orangey in the picture from age, fast forward Elduave calls up Hamers and does a run of 3 guitars based on the picture in the book. So Zander and Standard = Zandard.
  17. TommyP ownes that Zandard now. El had to move it, I snagged it and made sure it stayed in the family.
  18. Cool and calm, just seconds before he dropped it!
  19. You can make a pretty cheap pedalboard with just board. If your going to do like the size of a Pedaltrain Nano or MINI just buy a piece of wood from the lumber store and hit up a buddy with some left over stuff from a project. Pre Made there are lots of stuff out there, i'm going to most likely go with a TrailerTrash next time and buy all the plugs and stuff online and wire it all up myself.
  20. I'm trying to control my insanity for the moment. I like a good Tremolo Sound, but need one to work for my rig. I'm trying to hold this board to a 24x12 Size. I was going for smaller but it just isn't going to happen if I don't want to keep going around and around with pedals. Happy with my Amp, Cab, Guitars, so now its just nail down the pedalboard. I started working up a set list, its time to get back to playing a little more.
  21. This sort of conversation only happens when one becomes too smart for their own good.
  22. I almost asked the same question, but decided depth is likely a peak to peak distance, with mix being more similar to level control. ^^^ This ^^^ I want one that will let my dry signal through. I like to use pretty much everything as a color and not to drowned my signal completely. I'm preparing to puchase my next pedalboard but need to nail down everything that will be on it so I can get no more and no less than what I need.
