My dad always said, "You can keep quiet and let people think you are an asshole or you can open your mouth and prove it."

Dove Mustaine opens his mouth and also proves he can't sing.

My favorite Metallica songs are slathered with Mustaine’s influence.

Ride the Lightning was probably my favorite Metallica album. Mustaine can shred for sure. He just needs to keep his mouth shut.

Can't wait to hear "his" version of RtL. I'm sure I'll turn it right off. If not, I'll be the first to come back here and eat my words.

Unlike fine wine, dude has not aged well…

I think he was doing just fine until he started going through his cancer treatments. After that he seemed to stop caring about shaving and hair dye so he actually looks his age unlike all the other aged out rock stars that are still trying to look 30.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'm a WAY bigger fan of Megadeth than I am Metallica. Dave has more talent in his pinky finger than his "replacement" has overall. In my opinion. And, I happen to like his singing... "acting like a robot". 😂 Sounds like an evil munchkin. 😃

Jeez, Dave has aged worse than Keith Richards.    And I'm of the don't care for his voice crowd.  He's like the thrash Billy Corgan to me.   They both write cool stuff though.

I thought Ride the Lightning was Metallica's best production - big, beefy guitars, and everything sits just right in the mix.
