the Leo Jaymz $199 headless guitar on amazon

This one just recently got a solid review from one of the youtube reviewers, the youtube guy is kind of irritating, so I hesitate to post the link. I like the Eart I got last spring for $319, if I didn't have the Eart I'd probably buy one of these for a 'couch guitar', I use the Eart for that, and haul it along for backup or to use as the demo guitar if I'm selling an amp or pedal, which is very handy.

It looks like it has a standard Floyd type locking nut, and my IYV bass (that I really like) has similar tensioner/tuners at the bridge.

Scratch that headless itch for $199.

I have an older version of that guitar that I bought used. The action was beyond unplayable, but once I shimmed the neck and gave it a proper setup, it was a really fun guitar.  I like the ergos and light weight. The bridge on the older hardtail models is an over complicated pain in the ass, but I imagine the trem style is too.

I like the look of those new ones. I had one of these older ones like Jim85, it was fun and good for the money but ultimately uninspiring. My Ibby Q52 retails for 5x the $200 ones, but really feels great, rings like a bell, and doesn't have the awkward tailpiece. The original Ibby alnicos sounded good, but I prefer the DiMarzios I put in.

HILS also makes some nice headless guitars around the $499 price point which have gotten some good reviews on the Gear Forum. Solar (Ola Englund's company) also makes a headless guitar priced at $599 which looks pretty cool. 

I have a strandberg metal 6 as my daily driver; it sits in a stand right next to my desk chair so it's easy to pick up and play (during some long teams calls when I don't need to be on camera lol). Hopefully the tonex headphone amp works with the strandberg output jack which would be great for couch riffing lol.

Set your browser to check your spelling. In Chrome it looks like this. The result is a red wiggly line under the misspelled word.

And sorry if you didn't mean that literally (I sometimes don't do a good job of picking up intimated humor). 😑
