Gabe Posted December 25, 2025 Posted December 25, 2025 That was a great watch (and it is from The Netherlands)! To me the 1954 Stratocaster sounds and looks the best. Gabe 😘 2 Quote

django49 Posted December 25, 2025 Posted December 25, 2025 Nice! I'd be happy with any of them, but sorta lean toward the 1964. 4 Quote
tweed Posted December 25, 2025 Posted December 25, 2025 Great video. I'm working on a '54' style Strat build. Picked up a Sassafras body, an Ed O'Brian Fender neck that has the 10/56 soft V profile, Alnico 3 pickups and 100k pots. A video I saw here once with 2 '54's in a shoot out had me do a deep search and found out that the early '54' models used the 100k pots. I opted for a Super Vee trem though with Highwood saddles instead of a Fender trem. Hoping it'll sound as good as the video here. 3 Quote
cmatthes Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 The SuperVee BladeRunner trem is my favorite for my Strats. 1 1 Quote
