velorush Posted April 30 Posted April 30 Hamer USA Artist Korina - 1990s - Natural | Reverb (needless to say, no affiliation) Somebody please buy this quickly so I can buy it from you when I've replenished the guitar account! 😉 Ad says, "Estate Sale," so I'm guessing details will be hard to come by. Looks like a 2001, though the ad says "1990's." Somebody here order this originally? 7 Quote
Saul Goodman Posted April 30 Posted April 30 There is a mint colored one with cream pickups floating around out there somewhere. 1 Quote

Nice looking artist, 1x too many P90’s for me, but check out the neck-through Musicman Stingray that is also listed by this seller.  It’s badass, I never knew such a thing existed.hopefully it doesn’t weigh 20 pounds. https://reverb.com/item/95928585-ernie-ball-music-man-stingray-neck-through-bass-guitar-hs-nt  Edited April 30 by topekatj 2 Quote

MPR Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I just bought a nearly identical guitar at the end of January from Shane Theriot (this one), paid more than this guy's asking. I swapped the rotary for a Free-Way 3X3 switch and wired for two volumes and one tone. It's pretty sweet—Strat-like with the volume rolled down, beefier turned up, and I can use neck+bridge as well as the five stock positions. @topekatj, I also have the 2-pickup version of this guitar and am thinking I'll sell it, now that I've got the 3-pickup version and have concluded the middle pickup isn't getting in my way. LMK if you're interested. I bought it three years ago from a guy on the HFC, and it came to me with Mojotone '56 Quiet Coil P-90s installed. I also got a pair of P90-sized TV Jones Classics to experiment with in it; currently it's got the Mojotone in the neck and the TV in the bridge, but swapping back would be no trouble. I'm in no rush to sell, but it's been sitting idly in the closet while I've been getting to know the new one. 1 Quote
