Nuclear Wessel Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 I can't believe bidding is up to $455 on a Rick that's that beat up. He's honest now. I wonder how he represented the bass the last time he tried to sell it, when the buyer filed a dispute.Oh, wait. Here's the description from the first time he tried to sell it:This guitar is in alright shape for being all origninal. The sound it creates is amazing and any bass player would love to own it.Rickenbacker is well known for being made in the USA and for its quality craftmanship and amazing sound. The asking price is well below the value of this guitar. The investment you make in the purchase of this guitar could be a very good decision.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=3773660262I can see why the buyer thought it was in better shape than it is.I'm glad I got mine in '85 for $350. Only 2 dings on it, no structural damage.
