SirDouglas Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 Because he's ugly and his mother dresses him funny. ya got it backwards... my mother is ugly and i dress myself funny... im goin with my new standards of pickups for this one... a Dimarzio "Breed" in the neck and a X2N in the bottom.... the Breed is a very warm pick up with high output... X2ns dont sound as good as these do in the neck position.... once i git it here and change em out ill post the sounds to show ya the difference.. Randy

I love the Breed in my Standard. Sometimes I do wish it was a hair "snappier", though. I bet the Korina vs. mahogany takes care of that.
