Brooks Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 i had these in my office at work. i looked on ebay, but can't find 'em, so i don't know what they're worth (got 'em in the 80's?). email me an offer. hook a brother up.
Brooks Posted March 30, 2007 Author Posted March 30, 2007 Is the Strat pre-CBS corrugated?haha. i bought the LP at a guitar show; i picked it up and looked down the neck to see if it was warped, then asked if i could plug it in and listen to it. the guy musta heard that a million times already, he wasn't amused.
FrankieII Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 I'll take both. Can you send me your personal email so I can contact you?Thanks,Frankorangetan@earthlink.net
kizanski Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 How do you ship something like that?Certainly a better use of your time would be to set them on fire and photgraph yourself playing them.Think about it: you could dress up in your Kiss garb and do the Ace thing with the Les Paul, and likewise do the Jimi at Monterey Pop Festival thing with the Strat. We all know that you already have the clothes (and a lighter).Honestly, a golden HFC photo moment opportunity lost forever.
Brooks Posted March 30, 2007 Author Posted March 30, 2007 How do you ship something like that? same way you ship the real thing; put 'em in a guitar box and ship 'em. even costs less! got a PM from hamerhead & i emailed frank. highest offer gets 'em. be generous, i'm unemployed for chrissakes

You can get the other half when you have completed the mission.
santellavision Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 Put some actual strings on them and I'm sure you can sell them on ebay. With Gibby marketing the craziest crap guitars, this might sell. Anybody see this new model? Raw, Unsanded, crazy switches - weird?http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Gib...itar?sku=512579

Guest pirateflynn Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 Can you fold em up and ship em?A paper shredder would probably get the shipping down to about $6.
