DaveL Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 If you use this link to ebay (thru live.com) you can get a healthy rebate if you use buy it now and pay with paypal. It's 25% but caps out at $200 per transaction. It would cometo $850 delivered after rebate. http://shop.ebay.com/items/_W0QQLHQ5fPayPa...Q_mdoZQQ_sopZ12

Just click that link, buy the thing and a check shows up? There's got to be a bit more to it than that, wot?
DaveL Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 This will explain the steps... I did post about it in Outer Circle. It'stypically 60 days to get cashback (to make sure it's not returned etc) howeverI bought something yesterday and had my rebate paypaled that day. It doesn't make sense if the buy it now is overinflated because sellersknow about the rebate, but if the price is good already, it's great. link deleted, see the cut and paste below

DaveL Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Sorry, cut and pasting... 1. Save up to 35% (currently 25%) on up to twelve different eBay purchases, totaling up to $2400. (Last updated 11/2/08 )2. Sign up for a Windows Live ID at www.live.com if you don't already have one. 3. Shop www.live.com for your item. (example: enter Hamer Guitars but it could be a Wii, Canon camera etc). Click the resulting link to ebay at the top with the "LiveSearch Cashback" button next to it. Note the discount percentage. 4. Click an item in the resulting eBay search. Click the "Buy it Now" link to verify that the discount applies. Click the "Continue" button to see the actual discount (you make no committment until the next step). This can be as much as $200 per purchase. 5. Purchase the item using Paypal. Each purchase must be made within 60 minutes of the Live search (a "session"). Two additional purchases may be made in new sessions. Be sure to watch for the discount notices before making each purchase. 6. Watch for a message from eBay mentioning your cash back award. In 60 days, this will be available to transfer to your Paypal account. Done!
