Monkeychunki Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 Hi, Im going to put my Chap up for sale soon & was wondering if anyone knows the going rate on these. In honesty it's been in my loft for years, I have two Jacksons RR1's that I use & i cant really justify having it stored away never being played. If anyone could give me an idea of price it would be much appreciated. Im thinking of putting it on ebay so if anyone on this site is interested let me know. It has a couple of small dings but nothing really that noticable, also the screws are all original so q. old & one of the ones holding the schaller has lost it's thread. Pics below
ET_KenW Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 I like the green finish.Hamer shredders have been on the rise recently price wise. I wouldn't be suprised if this one topped at least $800 on the bay.
silentman Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 I think the green is just the angle of the lighting. This probably flipflops to green/yellow/red as well.

hamerboy_ Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 That's pretty unique for an irredescent. Mine are all tri-color with the green, gold, orange combo. Nice piece.-Bobby
yngwie308 Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 I would think $800 is cheap, given the quality of these era Hamers..Give it a go!yngwie308
cmatthes Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 I've seen a few of those where the red has faded out entirely - they look exactly like that one. One Chap bass in that finish was like that on the front, but the back looked the same as when it left the factory - it must have been hung near a shop window or something.I actually like that look better!
Monkeychunki Posted February 28, 2009 Author Posted February 28, 2009 Hi,Yers it is still available, haven't got around to proactively selling it
