bubs_42 Posted June 21, 2009 Posted June 21, 2009 I really would love to score that Tuxedo Vector on ebay, but when you own the best sounding Vector why get another? So I looked around to see what I have and I don't have a Semi Hollow/ Hollow Body guitar. I love them, I just haven't gotten one for myself. I was lucky enough to play BruceM's Newport and that is wonderfull sounding guitar. I'm not looking for specifics yet, i'll know what I'm looking for when I see it. So throw whatever you have at me. Thanks fella's you haven't let me down yet. The HFC ROCKS!

It is a beautiful guitar, but I feel the pull of a more natural kind of finish. That tobacco burst BE is perfect except for the price.

jads57 Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Bump I saw a Black Cherry Newport Pro on The Gear Page forum for $899.00 and their was a beautiful Sunburst Newport Pro w/ custom upgrades (birdseye maple top, victory inlays,etc.) for $1200. Best of luck!

From now on if you fella's don't mind, just email or PM me available guitars. I seem to be getting some friendly fire and would like a shot at a guitar that gets offered up.

I love the guitar so much that I can't be without a Newport, but the Orange sparkle finish just hasn't grabbed me. My 16 yr old daughter picked it out, saying I had too many plain wood finish guitars (all acoustics), so she nixed the natural finish Newport.So when the right replacement comes along, the orange will be up for sale. I'll post it here for sure before even considering the EvilBay.
