FS: Rare Factory Configured "Nashville Style" T51F

Before I put this up on eBay I want to offer it up to the HFC. It's a rather rare "Nashville Style" T51F with three single coils (all Duncan) and the Fishman Powerbridge piezo pickup that came standard with the T51F. The extra middle pickup and the 5 way switch were done by the factory apparently as a special order. There is a three way "passive tone control" switch which may have been a later mod but I'm not sure. A reversible mod either way. It plays like butter and you can get a rich array of sounds with the many pickup choices. I've done many a gig with it but have taken good care of it for the last 8 years and it's in fantastic shape.

I never saw the OHSC but I will ship it in a nicely padded gig bag that it came with. Also will include a splitter box that a previous owner had made to send the electric and acoustic signals their respective ways. And I will pass along what info I have about it in the form of some e-mails from a previous owner.

It's a pretty special guitar and I'm hesitant to sell it but I'm not currently gigging with it and could use the money for my upcoming wedding! $875 and I'll pay for shipping in the U.S.

I've been looking for one of these for 2 years. NOW it shows up; just after I found one late summer...

This is a pretty rare edition of an already rare bird.

A supercharged T-51! It looks like a '96. I had a '96 two pup T-51 and it had a great medium neck.

Best of luck on your sale, and thanks for offering it up here first.

BTW, my assumption was that the Sperzel locking tuners are stock but I should note that there is a small hole next to the sixth string tuner as if at some point there was something else there. If anybody has some insight on this I'd like to know! Regardless, I've always loved these tuners...

Maybe it had a hipshot D tuner added at some point?

Like the small hole on the back of the headstock right next to that low E tuner I'm not really sure what that's about. Never thought about it until now but speculation is that at some point that tuner had been replaced by a Hipshot D-Tuner...

Is it normal for there not to be a washer under the low E tuner?

It's called a Fishman Powerbridge and it actually is part of a peizo pickup system that acts like an acoustic pickup on an electric guitar. You can either switch between the standard electric pickups and the acoustic pickup with a two way switch on the guitar or you can use a stereo cord and route the two signals to two different amps. It's a pretty cool system although I don't find myself using it much. It is a pretty great bridge even without the acoustic option though!

What bridge is that? Thats what I want on my tele project ...
