atquinn Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 Is it me, or is this on eBay every couple weeks despite the fact that it keeps getting sold?!?http://cgi.ebay.com/USA-HAMER-NEWPORT-335-...Z170422731674QQ-Austin
tomteriffic Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 Same guitar, same seller. Definitely WTF. At one time I was interested, but the on again / off again stuff has put me off it.
burningyen Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 Yeah:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ME:B:SS:US:1123http://www.hamerfanclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=39218http://www.hamerfanclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=38666The seller keeps pulling his "no reserve" auctions after getting bids. So lame.
ArnieZ Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 I made the guy an offer after the 3rd auction, got no response. He's tried starting high with no reserve and starting low and obviuosly not connecting with the market. From the auctions my guess is he wants $1350 or more for it. Now he looks like a seller you can't trust. I won't bid on the guitar for the obvious reason!ArnieZ
anotherfreak Posted December 22, 2009 Posted December 22, 2009 Every time I see that one I get a pain in my wallet, and I'm pretty sure the Mrs feels it too
GaryT Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 He's definatly over-doing it with pulling the auctions. You'd think he would re-cover his $1000. investment and get out of that mess. But NO............he's gonna be hard-headed and continue to shoot for that $1300. and make an utter fool of himself? WTF is right!
GaryT Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 Ya he wasn't gonna let that go till he made a couple hundred. It's a very nice NP-90. and really not a bad deal for the fellow whos gonna play it.Personally I wouldn't have went though all that selling a guitar. I got aggravated watching "HIM" sell it? GEEZ
Siaip Ciuvas Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 I loved these two pics he put in the ad:
