Kurt L Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 It sure is fun to look back and remember sometimes....I have lots of stubs like that... and quite a few I don't remember at all. I assume I had a really good time. :-)
rj2858 Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Nice collection, wish I'd have saved all of mine. The only significant one I've still got is from the Spring of '77, about 2 months before turning 19...The Mighty Zep!Edited to include the verbage I recall from the top of the ticket;"An Evening with Led Zeppelin" cost was, wait for it...$10!
Steve Haynie Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 There is a collection like that in my house, too!
G Man Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Mine pretty much all say Grateful Dead from that time period, with the occasional Allman Brothers Band and Widespread Panic thrown in for good measure.
kizanski Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 I was never really much of a souvenir kind of guy (I was when I was a kid, but that doesn't count), but a good friend of mine has a ticket stub from a concert at the Filmore East, January 1st, 1970.The sad thing is that it's an unused ticket. He came under the weather and told his pals to go without him, the jackass.

He would die that same year. I just happened to listen to that show this past week.
BlueRedWhite Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Brent, that is a great, awesome, cool collection. I'm jealous.
