Last call before it goes to some other forum... maybe e(vil)bay

Looks awesome and I like the fact it doesn't have those two screws through the base of the headstock, so common in Floyded guitars.

I'm holding my breath now, but with 14 guitars at home I'm already way overstock -sorry man. :(

But someone here has to grab it. C'mon, guys! :)

I'd love to, but I've got four 2-bucker superstrats - each with cool pickup/wiring options and 3 of them Diablo's. Yeah, this one looks nice but I've got me a green one, too. :(

For my part though, I can recommend a Diablo to ANYone! The necks are slim but substantial - none of this Ibanez Wizard-i-ness -

and as shredders go, they're flexible to just about any role.

Yeah but are any of them maple boarded?

Ahh, well; off to other venues. Much as I love the look of a maple board, prefer rosewood on my Diablos and ebony on the Cali's.

Common only until a certain time. Not sure exactly when but I'm guessing around 1989- '90, many, if not all of the builders stopped using the thru the neck attachment and went with the top screw method.

Missing the point here, fellas- trying to get some cash for this, NOT sink more into it.

I'm inclined (through experience) to miss the point a little, too.

Two of my Diablos and Burnsy have been excellent platforms for unfamiliar/well-respected pickup experiments, not to mention 5-position super switches and Tone Styler pot's.

Add one of those swirl paint jobs to the mix and well...

Alla' this as you well know. ;)

Simply put: already got a single p'up shredder that is the tits. Don't need or want another. Already have a killer Diablo that has seen numerous p'ups and pot configs and am happy with what I got. No need/want there. While I want the swirl paint job eventually, it won't be on an that Diablo.

No takers? Really? I can't believe this one is still around. Great deal on a great, quite unique Hamer. Times are certainly bad! :)

Can you send pics and message me a detailed condition report? This guy isn't used to buying used guitars, so I'd have to get good pics and details about dings, etc.

Definitely not looking to steal it out from under anyone, there are a few out there that I'm looking into, just trying to catch all the options. The maple board does make this one special though! The ash Centaura's are cool and I think I found one of those too... Can probably only swing one or the other right now though.

Zen's an upstanding and righteous forum bro. He did indeed let me know he's stepping aside. Diablo's still available.
