kurtsstuff Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 I thought this was a "for sale" section and not a "auction" section?? or is it just me thats finds this to be lame?? it's either for sale or it ain't!!
kurtsstuff Posted January 18, 2006 Author Posted January 18, 2006 Must just be me....I mean...I see a title with something I'm interested in and I open it up and Damn!!! an e-bay link...
MCChris Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 I don't have a problem with it. Me either. It's better than putting something up with no price whatsoever, or being a newbie and putting an outrageous price on a Hamer and then trying to justify said price by schooling US on the benefits of the brand. The latter is a one-way ticket into this.
kurtsstuff Posted January 18, 2006 Author Posted January 18, 2006 If that toilet is for what I think it's for...thats disgusting!!!!!!@%%^$%^&@$% but funny in a very sick way....hehe
marcnorth Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 It's no worse than all the bumps for items that nobody wants.I think most people need to learn how to delete their for sale posts when they are finished. The board would be less cluttered that way.
Lockbody Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 It's no worse than all the bumps for items that nobody wants. Now I don't know about that. I don't have time to sift though every for sale post and sometimes miss somethings on the first go-around.I see a bunch of stuff that gets sold on a second or third bump.
killertone Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 I think if it is someone who only has 1 or 2 posts then they are just spamming. They are obviously sigining up for forums where they think they can sell stuff and not post anything else. That is a little annoying...
marcnorth Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Bumps are fine, I just think some people like to keep their stuff on top. Bump every day, sometimes more than once.I think 1 bump a week should be the most you are allowed to do for yourself.Edit to add, there should be a different section for dealers too.
Jorge Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 I thought this was a "for sale" section and not a "auction" section?? or is it just me thats finds this to be lame?? it's either for sale or it ain't!! I agree. Everybody has the right to post their Ebay links, but I already go to Ebay directly. If the item is not on my list, it must be relatively cheap for me to consider it. If it is on Ebay, it will be at market price, and therefore, of no interest to me.
Steve Haynie Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Currently I cannot find a Throne of Humiliation on eBay. If anyone has a used one could you post it on the board with pics and price?
