I'm 99% sure that my Talladega requires a new nut and fret work. It has a persistent buzzing on the A and G strings. After having paid for what I thought was a competent set up and getting no satisfaction, I and a knowledgeable friend performed a close examination. The string slots are too deep and there are small grooves in the frets. The action has been set too high in an attempt to mitigate the situation. It's so bad that I don't play this fabulous guitar anymore.

Any recommendations? Thanks.
