Travis Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 I sold this once before and bought it again. I was happy to get it back, but now I'm looking to fund something else. 88 Cali Standard - mahogany body, rosewood fretboard with dots. It was refinished in the original yellow by GMW Guitarworks. Since then, there has been very minimal wear to the body. There are a couple of small scuff marks from the guy I originally sold it to. The neck has some wear being an 18 year old guitar. But it is still very much playable with some good life left in the frets. Currently it has a Duncan Parallel Axis Blues Trembucker and a Hot Rails. No trem cover plate, but it does include the bar for the Kahler trem. Can't remember the name, Spyder? Whatever it is, it looks just like an OFR. Comes with a non-original beat to shit hard case. Here's a pic (when it had a Duncan Distortion in the bridge). pm or email if you want me to take any more. $400 + shipping
hansv Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 Can I get some more pics, I've been interested in a Cali for awhile.
Submariner85 Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 I'd be all over that like white on rice if it didn't have that type of bridge. Great guitar and price.
Travis Posted February 14, 2006 Author Posted February 14, 2006 Here are some more pics. Sorry they turned out so dark. Good lighting is hard to come by in my house. And the battery died after the 4th picture.
Brooks Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 i'll take it. i'll send $$ this weekend after bobbymack buys his artist back. pm me your mail info.
DEMENTED Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 sold pending payment If Brooks doesn't get it for some reason, put in line next please.
lonechicken Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 No trem cover plate, but it does include the bar for the Kahler trem. Can't remember the name, Spyder? Whatever it is, it looks just like an OFR. BTW, it's not a Spyder. Spyders look totally different.

It did also have a locking function with the attached pieces in the cavity. I just left those off and kept it floating.
formula73 Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 A Steeler with an Autolatch?! GOOOOOO!!!!!! Steelers rock like none other. Not even Floyds!
Brooks Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 I guess that's that. Lock it up! "you lock it up!!!" - wedding crashers.
