Without seeing the parts up close, it would not be worth the gamble.  It could be a USA neck on a cheap body with cheap electronics, although the humbucker might be a good aftermarket pickup.  Is the bridge a good one or a cheap one.

Yep.  Too many pieces in the body, no (slightly) recessed Dunlops and I’ll be willing to bet the famous Hamer shielding paint isn’t there. 
 

Pickup looks like an X2N, and the bridge might actually be a real VSV-G.  The way to tell is if the backplate is black anodized aluminum and cleanly recessed.
