diablo175 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I dig it! Though the lyrics definitely seem better suited for 1980's.
Dave Scepter Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 The first 15 seconds, I thought it was a remake of Roxanne 🤣 Roxanne You don't have to put on the red light Roxanne You don't have to put on the red light
Steve Haynie Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I think this is great. Did Billy see to it there is a Scientology mix titled, "Going Clear"?

princeofdarkness56 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Use to see Talas play every other month in clubs back in the 70’s. Including a bowling alley. Pretty sure there was a $2 cover charge. Always outstanding. Two years back Cheap Trick was playing in Rochester with Talas opening for only one show. Billy was on bass. Sounded as good as ever. He joined CT for their encore. Rick said he never expected that was going to happen playing in western Ny on a Thursday night.
princeofdarkness56 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 You know what sucks about this, the lead singer from this album died last year. He was the guy I saw singing with Talas 2 years back when they opened for Cheap Trick.
Travis Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 I knew I recognized that song. I had the old compilation album “The Talas Years” which was half studio/half live. Crystal Clear was the second live track on the album. Man, this brings me back. Thanks for posting.
tommy p Posted October 7, 2022 Posted October 7, 2022 Wow! Written by Mitch Perry and Ralph Morman of the Joe Perry Project. That's definitely good enough to make me want to hear the rest of the album. I've got an old Talas LP - I think it's called 'Live Speed on Ice'.
