Any one have speaker/monitor stands that they really like?  I am looking at a few. Options.  Not looking to spend too much but want some decent ones.

Any recommendations?

I used something like these in the past.  During the assembly, I filled the void with play sand. Made the stands pretty heavy and more stable.

Basically, I put a lining bag "in the box", filled it with sand, and tied the top of the bag before mounting the top of the stand, if that makes sense.

I'm sure there are more affordable versions of this out there if you avoid the name brand.

Whether you're looking for a tripod speaker stand or a pole mount for a Top & Sub, I'd definitely recommend either a manual crank, or a gas lift type. You mount the speaker low, and let the stand raise it to the height you want, or crank it up manually with the crank handle type.

I would look for a model you can fill with shot for stability. I used a pair of B&W stands and put a bag of shot in each one. On the cheap concrete blocks with the flat ends work great. Just paint them black and glue a 2×8 to the top.

Stupid Deal today (6/16):  https://www.musiciansfriend.com/stupid

I have no experience with these, but the reviews are fair and the price is decent ($70).

Thanks, I am looking at them now.  They don't have great reviews on amazon but there are only 4 reviews there.  I had just bought these and received them yesterday.

They have lots of good reviews but don't look as nice.  The DR pro maple would look good with my desk. I know I can return the one from amazon.  Decisions.

I like them a lot.  This is the budget range but they sound very clear and true to my old ears.

I am still using my older Samson subwoofer with them.  Not a perfect match but I like the extra bottom end.
