For Sale $2900 Pay Family Family /Friends  Includes shipping to lower 48  Firm price. Fairly priced. No trades.

A number of years ago in between Christmas and New Year's, I was in the office and on a whim I emailed Jon Herrington about the availability of his Talladega Pro. His assistant emailed me back within minutes and we did the deal that afternoon.

A unique guitar.  A stellar guitar. See the 2009 Hamer Blog stories below that chronicle its design and construction.  See Feb 6, March 25, April 22, May 19 and May 29

https://www.buddlejagarden.co.uk/hamerblog/bljan09.htm

The blog describes it perfectly. Iced-T satin finish. Oxblood back and neck.  Fralin UnBuckers.  One master volume, and the two tone pots are coil-tapping/split.  The pot at the rear is a dummy. See  photo for wiring. OHSC. No COA. Was told his office was flooded and the COA was lost.  The Hamer Blog is second best.  Jol told me it was one of his favorite builds.

Condition is realty very good for a toured guitar. A couple minor dents here and there. If you are serious I can shoot some more photos on my phone or point out the dings in these photos (assuming this Photobucket link opens.

Just gone over by a good guitar tech.  Leveled and polished the frets. Set intonation and neck relief. Plays very well. If you have question about neck and neck measurements, you'll have to rely on the article and not measurements from my caliper.

or this one?  https://app.photobucket.com/u/Pieman_101/a/1f7c4080-b347-458e-acd1-e76deecbd509?field=DATE&desc=asc

There are tons of videos that show this guitar being played. Google Herrington and Hamer Talladega.  Or YouTube Herrington and Iridium. See below.

I could ask more for this and wait for somebody to bite. But, honestly, this is priced right and - I might point out  - less than a used Master Built Strat. And it should stay in the HFC family.  Talladegas are rare. T Pros more so. This is the real deal.

Enjoy these videos, even if you aren't interested in buying.

Why don't we have a „Wow I mean really WOW!“-button?

Nor for me.

Both are simply leading to the photobucket mainpage.

Are the photo links working?  Thanks

It's prompting me to install Photobucket... which I won't do... is there another way?.. "add files" from your Photo gallery?.. I'm really not interested but speaking for others 👍

Danke vielmals fur Ihre Hilfe!

BTW, I saw John Mayall and the Groundhogs in concert in Munich in September 1971.  I think the venue was an old-time circus theater.  Would you happen to know the name of the place? Those were the days.

Lieber Herr Piemann,

that must have been Circus Krone building, a solidly built wintering grounds for traditional, family owned Munich Circus Krone.

This venue has hosted many groundbreaking concerts in Muncih and still does, from time to time.

The first Beatles tour concert took place there, first Rolling Stones concerts in Germany in 1965, too.

Lately, Bob Dylan played there, a lot of German comedy acts, and, unfortunately, more strange things like „Nino de Angelo Live with his Band“ or „90ies Megaparty“ are taking place, too.

Please, don't google these!

Here you can watch a 10 min documentaion about Beatlemania in Circus Krone from local TV.

Here are The Beatles in 1966. This had a similar impact over here as the legendary Ed Sullivan Beatles-Show had for the rest of the (musical) world 😉

Sorry. Will ship only to a US address.  Local pickup in northeast Ohio would be okay.

Too much risk of damage. I hold my breath even when I ship to Wisconsin or Chicago or Texas.

This guitar is too nice to toy with shipping issues.

Also I don't want the hassle of customs, etc.

I remember the building story of the guitar and video footage right after. A dream guitar for sure.
