dammit! Where's the list already. My wife is making me take her to the City for a Broadway play and I won't be home until late. I don't want to miss anything. For all you non Jerseyites, the City means NYC

I didn't see Bruce Springsteen, Kiss, The Clash or U2, so I voted for none.

I'm more of a vintage style guitar guy. Not my cup of tea. I'm sure it's a great guitar though.

or......you could give up like me. Get married, have kids and move on. It's not as bad as it sounds. I have a great wife with two beautiful kids and a nice house. I have a little basement studio that's soundproofed, and I play whenever I want. And sometimes, maybe I'll have a friend come over and we could jam. But that hardly happens anymore. The days of playing out are long over. The days of going to band practice is long over too. As I tell my kids, Daddy's gotta make money for his honey's. All I have left is my memories.

I enjoyed the show. Most of the performers were excellent. I have to laugh because INXS should be on that show "Hit Me Baby One More Time". They were one of my favorites 20 YEARS AGO. The announcers made them sound like they were some kind of great band. Granted they were pretty good, but that was 20 years ago. I guess it's better to be a has-been than a never-were.

DC-5's are powerful enough, my DC-3 is unbelievably loud. Yes, I can get good cleans and good overdrive. On the clean channel, the Mid knob acts as a regular Mid knob from settings 1 through 3. From 4 on, it dirty's up the clean channel. I have my Mid set at 6, and it's the most awesome blues tones that I've ever heard. It's clean with a hint of dirt. Perfect. Plus, it depends what pickups you're using. Obviously single coils with be a little cleaner.

My DC-3 is the one amp I'll never sell.

I'll let you know how they are by the end of the week. Greg just sent me one to put in my 81 Sunburst. I should be receiving it today or tomorrow.
