Mr @cmatthes made me aware of this post on Instagram. A Gibson Hamer Standard copy from The Music Zoo. Appart from that the price probably is one zillion dollars, what is your thoughts on this?

Gibson never made an Explorer that matched the fit, finish or materials of the average Hamer USA Standard.

Two things of note:

1: Explorers/Vs with that upper-bout, strap button location hang strangely. Much prefer it on the back of the body.

2: That is one beautiful, solid chunk of mahogany. Woof.
