I've seen this Guitar for sale many times, I even Emailed a few times. no answer. I can't believe it Has not Sold. I think it might be a con!!!

I've passed on that one more than once in the past. I don't need a 12 string shredder (who does?), but I wouldn't mind a 12 string Eclipse.

IIRC, this one has aftermarket pickups - and not ones that would enhance the value of the guitar. Add to that the homebrew electronics, and I can't even remember what else that was iffy about it, and it never seemed like a good risk.

Jimbilly posted this link in last weeks Craigslist update. It's been up a few times before; I thought it would be a great candidate for a righty conversion, as did Uncle Greg. I got in contact with the seller last week. This was his response:

"Hi Bobby,

I'm trying to sell locally as I want cash in hand... if there are no lefties who want a custom Hamer after a month or so in the Seattle area... I'll email you and let you know it's still up for grabs. Do you know anyone in Seattle who could pick it up for you?

I pm'd Jimbilly and he was willing to pick it up and send it my way (Thanks BIG-TIME, Jim). I e-mailed the guy back to make arrangements, but never heard back. I dunno.

This has been for sale several times in the past as mentioned above. I've emailed the seller with offers (once above the asking price) and never received a reply. I won't even bother at this point to waste my time/effort.

I emailed the guy sometime before Christmas, roughly a year ago, that was the first I remember seeing it. I did hear back from him. I think it's probably legit, but the seller is stuck on waiting for a local sale for a really unusual guitar. That guitar needs to go on ebay.
