This is the guitar that BCR Greg repaired in impressive fashion for me after UPS had their evil way with it. Serial number 7 0051. It is in no way an original collectors piece.

Issues:

Pro headstock repair. Solid.

New Rio Grande pickups.

Non-original pup rings and knobs.

Dings and checking...not excessive, about right for the age.

Non original hardshell case.

Positives:

Huge neck.

Frets in great shape.

New Rio Grande pickups.

Sounds badass and plays great.

Having owned that guitar in the past, had I seen it sooner (especially at THAT price), it would be on it's way back to the stable. The original bridge pickup on that one smoked, but the neck was big and awesome. No ill effects with the repair AT ALL.
