MrGuitarguy Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 I have a old Schecter Tele that is has a Fender Tele style headstock and I'm trying to identify it's model and approximate age. It's solid white with a matching headstock and a bolt on neck. It also has two full size humbuckers with black covers on them. Any ideas? I can't seem to find any info on vintage Schecters anywhere. One thing is certain, it's a killer guitar! I have knob off right now because I'm doing some work on it.
elduave Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 That is a Schecter PT model. Looks like an 80something...
cmatthes Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 Serial or Kiz can probably tell you everything you need/want to know about that one. They have both had their fair share of experience with those models and both have done their research on 'em.
tomteriffic Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Colin, nevermind the guitar. The rack it's in front of officially proves that you suck swamp water. Wait, I've got (or have had) quite a few of those same boat anchors myself....
MrGuitarguy Posted April 27, 2008 Author Posted April 27, 2008 Lol! Yeah, I have some cool toys laying around the studio.
