Please believe me, if I hadn't just spent $1.5k on 3 shredders in the last 3 weeks (which I wanted just a little bit more than the Special), if I weren't on my way out of the country for a year, and if I were more sure I want the P-90 sound, your price would be more than acceptable.Maybe the combination of the bad economy and people saving up for upcoming expenses (vacations, and most people move during the summer, maybe?) is making money tight?I feel for you, man, and I'd love to buy it, it just isn't the right time for me...

chap Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 Thank God! After 4 Chaps, I picked up my first Special on a whim but I try hard not to play it as I feel a new obsession is brewing. I just absolutely love the "workhorse" feel of a Special ... kind of the same feel I get from playing Chaps. After watching a few other Specials come and go, man it's hard not to pull the trigger ... sooo glad someone else did!
