It is a 1990 or 91 in great condition. The pick up configuration is P and a Humbucker. The bass is red translucent with a mahogony body and set neck and gold hardware. I want to sell the bass and I can't find any similar pricing anywhere. I can post a pic if anyone would think it would help. Please note this is very painful for me as I love the bass, but I have a baby on the way. Thanks in advance for your help.Cheers

Put up a pic, it would be easier to see the shape it's in. Plus.....we all like pics. You have to start an account at a photo storage site like photobucket, then make a link to it. tomteriffic Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 I just bought one NOS. It's the black and gold iridescent finish, P and Soapbar EMG's set neck and black hardware. I paid $700 for it as new-old stock and other than polish swirls it was perfect.Hope that's of some help.Per Chris' post below, mine's rosewood and dots.

I paid $350 last year (sold to me from some one on this board).This will be my #1 bass once lose the EMGs for Dimarzios or Duncans.Undervalued...... yes.Slickwillie2
Punkavenger Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 I paid $385 this year for my basic black 92 with EMGs ... nothing fancy, good players cond. with a few dings etc ... light as a feather and sounds huge with the EMG's, which I personally like. Bolt on neck BTW The guitar shop did have it originally marked at $595 but the owner gave it to me at his cost because he knows I'm a big Hamer fan and go in there all the time to buy strings etc. Pretty nice of him ... I guess I'll have to stop giving him a hard time for a week or two
marcnorth Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I believe the 3 I had all sold between $450 and $550 in the last year or so. Cool basses if you go for long scale.
