veatch Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 On eBay with the HFC approved starting price of $350. http://cgi.ebay.com/1991-Hamer-Californian...h-/160435549506 I will offer my usual perk to HFC members: Free shipping in con-US (and possibly Canada, depending upon the $$$). You need to be an HFC member in good standing with at least 10 posts prior to this post and need to notify me via PM or email of your HFC member name and your eBay ID before auction end. (I need that to ensure i apply the discount when i send the final invoice...) Lots of details and pics in the auction. This is another guitar that i'm ONLY selling due to the neck thickness. I took it out for a jam last night, and i was absolutely convinced of two things: 1> Even with stretching, etc, the guitar began to get uncomfortable for me after about 90 minutes to 2 hours (sucks getting old...) 2> This is a monster guitar, and i need to figure out how to get one with a vintage carve neck (i know - good luck...) I will miss it, but it needs to go to someone who will play it. Tanx for looking!
specialk Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Jeez, Veatch, I'd love to take a look in your closet/music room some time, Best of luck with the sale!

DarrenD Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Yeah I sold my Cali elite because of the neck thickness as well -- I need the beef! I go for chaps and diablos now -- and perhaps a good SS if one comes around.
