Scooter Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 I'd like to give a Trademark 60 a try. If anyone is selling one, please let me know. -Don
neastguy Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 I saw one up on HC today.... $300I had one, if you have any ?s feel free to shoot away.
Turdus Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 Watch the prices on those pretty carefully. I have not followed in a few months, but right after I bought mine, the prices seemed to fluctuate from week to week, by as much as $100 even. I bought high, and the week it sold was a low week, LOL.
jujisque Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 I just picked one up for $200 + shipping. I felt pretty good about that. The guy doesn't have the manual anymore, though. Does anyone know where I can get another? I checked the Tech 21 site thinking they might have a .pdf, but they don't.

Scooter Posted February 8, 2006 Author Posted February 8, 2006 I saw one up on HC today.... $300I had one, if you have any ?s feel free to shoot away. I know the T60 does well in the classic rock vein, but can it do the chugga chugga metal stuff?
HAMERMAN Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I know the T60 does well in the classic rock vein, but can it do the chugga chugga metal stuff?IMHO It can do heavy distortion all by itself but for chugga chugga you will need to put something in front of it.They don't offer the manual for direct download from their website but it does exist in PDF form. I am pretty sure I have a copy on my home PC, I can email it tonight.Edited to add - just found this link to a crappy version. The one I have is better than this but if you want one to look at until tonight then this should do:Trademark60Manual

Hamer95USA Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Hey guys, I love my 2005 Tech 21 Power Engine 60 powered extension cabinet w/ the Celestion Seventy/80 speaker. For those of you buying the older Trademark 60, be aware that the original 2112A speaker tends to start "farting" when played hard on the overdrive channel. My friend bought an older Trademark 60 amp with this particular problem. If you do buy the older version of the Trademark 60 combo amp, you may want to invest in a better speaker that can handle more than 60 watts. I hope this information is useful to everyone without discouraging buyers/owners of the older Trademark 60 combo amp. Guitar George
