That the base plate surrounds the trem points is odd.  There is the Wilkinson WVP2 that is built like that, but the bar insertion point is completely different (add to that your example's insertion point is tension-able).

ETA: now that I see the pictures on the same page, that is completely different - the Wilki has the surround for the bridge pieces like the Mannmade.

Hey thanks for the response, I'm thinking it may be a discontinued Gotoh?.. either way I did some measuring and found out I needed a 5.5 mm push in replacement arm... easily sourced on reverb...

IIRC, the 'Guitar Fetish' website has a similar bridge, though it doesn't have the tiny Allen screw for the trem arm:

I once had a very similar bridge on a Benford guitar, with Stainless Steel molded saddles and the tiny Allen screw for the trem arm collar.  Maybe he (Steve Benford) knows more, I don't think he uses the exact one anymore...or anybody else for that matter, those trem arm Allen screws were a PITA to use, and way too easy to lose.  <_<  Good luck!

My first thought was Gotoh.

Funny how different we are.  My first thought is almost always boobs.

Kudos to you for IDing this hardware.  One certainly does not want to go off wanking underage trem on accident.  They all look like an OFR when they have all that makeup on. Can never be too careful.
