WTB: Looking for Californian Elite

Hi everyone.
I've been dreaming of Cali with boomer inlays and finally decided to get one. Preferrably in iridescent finish.
Anybody wants to part with it for a reasonable price?

Please post pics here or PM me if interested.

There are a couple FM bodied guitars on Reverb right now.

It's cool "in a custom way" but wished it had the hockey headstock, slanted fretboard and neck pickup...  I personally prefer the standard "traditional" Californian look & features over this one

I agree... actually I wish the second owner would not have added the single coil.

But your right a Hockey Headstock and 27 frets!

Thanks everyone. Finally got one. Not a maple but mahogany made in Midnight Blue Sparkling finish!
Sounds very tight with a nice growl in low mids. It's also light compared to the Chaparral I had before. Looks like they started to use lighter mahogany starting from 1990s
It was the only Cali in my city lol.

Beautiful. Is the logo slightly burned?

Hey! Is it yours? I've sent a message to that user but no response so far

I sent that seller a message as well.  I said that I and other people interested in it would want more information and pictures.  No response.  I used up my good luck when I purchased the transparent green Chap a few months ago....no response from that seller until I hit "Buy it Now".  Worked out, but this one seemed to avoid pictures of the headstock and control cavity.  Suspicious.

Nixon did have a pretty good tape machine....although the "Erase" button was broken.

Boomers - yes

Flame maple body - no

Reasonable price - that's up to a buyer, but I would say no.

Looks pretty cool, though, and in decent condition.

You're right the price was high but glued in neck, bound boomers are kind of rare and it looks beautiful!
