I always dug St. Blues guitars back in the 80's. They were made by ESP back then and assembled by the guys at Strings and Things. A guy who lives in Memphis bought the name and now has the guitars made in Korea. I gotta tell you - I've played a LOT of the old ESP-made guitars and these new ones are better.

As soon as I got time to get the camera out I will take some photos of mine. Here's a pic from the St. Blues website of a guitar just like mine. It might even be mine FAIK:

That's what I thought would happen when Fender bought Hamer: "The Articaster"

Looks like a cool piece - I love the trans-white finish over swamp ash(?).

You didn't get the bound body pink "Billy Squier" model?

They actually had a bound pink one in their booth. I just thought they were trying to appeal to pre-teen girls!

I've always like those guitars, but I've never had the opportunity to play one. Let's see some pics when you get a chance

It only weighs 6.2 pounds. It's acoustically loud and the sustain is great.

Here's some photos of mine.

Very nice. I've had one of the origianl bluescasters since the mid 80's. The new St, Blues may be made in Korea but the quality is outstanding!
