I've seen several listed on Reverb. Never followed long enough to see what they actually sold for but they were typically listed for a little over 7k. I don't see any listed right now but there are some other limited edition Korina models listed at over 7k.

That was pretty cheap. I typically see them for over 7k.

I saw him at a legendary place called Casseopia's in Ponca City, Oklahoma when I was a Freshman in college in '82. He totally rocked the house. By the time the show was over nobody could stand or breathe because of all the alcohol that was consumed and the smoke that was in the air. It took me a couple of days to fully recover from that one. He was an original for sure. R.I.P. DAC.

Added another Hamer to the collection. Smokin' deal at $899. It has definitely been played quite a bit as there are some worn frets along with a few scratches and dings but overall in great shape. Interesting that it has a Drop D tuner because I am finishing up a new song that needs a dropped D for the final riffs. Thankfully, the original tuner was in the case. Took it apart to clean it up and tweak it to my liking. Can't wait to play it at my show tomorrow.

I had one of those and sold it after I got my Revolver. I have always regretted selling it because it did sound good. They are worth a lot of money these days.

This is my typical gig rig. 2 guitars, my Silver Sonic and a pretty basic pedal board. Pretty easy to haul around for this old guy.

True. I paid $1,600 for this one new and the dealer dumped two more for $700 each about 6 months later cause they stopped making them. It sounds fantastic. The only thing I've had to do to it is replace the drive belt.

This is a bit of a pain to haul around to gigs but it sounds so dang good.

The Bass player is Mike Flanigan who is also the B3 player for Jimmie Vaughan. He's a monster musician.

My Lex has been a solid performer for me for many years. You can program it so the volume is louder. Looks like the V2 now has a Volume Control knob on top. Might be time to upgrade mine.

I know you're not looking for another Tele style Bari but check out the Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider Baritone Tele. It has a Tremolo bridge. Pete demoed his first one at a clinic he was doing at a friend's house a few years ago and it was really cool.

Had the pleasure of seeing the Mavericks at the ACL Moody Theater a couple of years ago. They totally burned the house down. Not only was he a great singer, he had some pretty serious chops on the guitar. RIP Raul.

My favorite app for learning songs is Amazing Slow Downer. I have the desktop version and the app on my phone & ipad. You would need to rip the CD to digital format. I use it all the time to learn licks.

Love them Hellecasters. I have a friend here in Austin that used to work on all of Jorgenson's guitars. He has the entire Hellecaster Fender and G&L collection. Here's a pic with a few.

Yeah, I was bummed that I couldn't make the show but my weekend in New Orleans for the NOLA Funkfest was amazing. Hopefully next year.

He's going to be here this Saturday at The Haute Spot in Cedar Park. I was really hoping to see his show but I have a gig at the same time.
